Mensa MindGames

I created the logo for American Mensa's 2015 Mindgames gathering, held in San Diego. The original Mindgames logotype had to be included, but I was free to play with color choices. I used imagery of what is probably San Diego's most famous landmark - the Coronado Bridge - and joined it to the original logo. The palm tree, sand, and script font were used to evoke the beachy vibe of the city. The logo was created with a blank/white background, but mostly appeared in print against dark blue. In addition, I created posters for an alphanumeric grid to be used at the gathering, using imagery from board games for each letter and number.
